Contacting the Organizer:
- EVENTBay does not have an automatic process to request refunds. You can quickly find the Organizer's contact information by viewing your order online (in the "About Event" tab).
- Provide the order number to the Organizer that you'd like to have refunded.
- You may request a "full" refund of all Tickets, or a "partial" refund of one or more Tickets in your order.
- The refunded Tickets will no longer be redeemable at the Event.
More Notes About Refunds:
- Organizers may choose not to issue refunds.
- The refunded money normally takes 5-10 days to return to your credit card. It may take less time if the refund was requested closer to when the order was paid.
- Tickets that were generated from a package deal (the Ticket Type said it "Generates X tickets ea.") cannot be partially refunded. If your order only comprised of package deal Tickets, you can only request a full refund.
