Present a QR code:
- Most Tickets will come with a QR code (a grid of small black squares in a pattern) for Organizers to scan at the door.
- If your QR code is presented on a device, please keep it still while Organizers scan it.
- If your QR code is presented on a printed sheet of paper, please ensure that no part of the QR code has been cutoff, and that the paper itself is not heavily crumpled.
- Please note that the QR code can be scanned at any orientation (even upside-down), so you should not need to hand your Ticket over to the Organizer.
Manual Search:
- If you do not have a QR code, you can ask the Organizer to do a Manual Search on various pieces of information:
- EVENTBay Order Number or Transaction ID
- Customer Name, Email address or Phone number on the order
- Ticket Number
