"Overview" Page:
- Logging in with an EVENTBay account will redirect you to the "Overview" page.
- A list of your orders for upcoming Events will be shown here, as well as a link to our "Organizer Request" form.
- Please note that the top menu options will be different while in the Dashboard section of EVENTBay. You can always click our logo, or click "Logout" from the top menu to return to the public-facing section of EVENTBay.
"Orders" Page:
- Go to the "Orders" page from the top menu to see your full order history in a table.
- Click on a row in the table to view that order and its tickets.
- It is possible to sort the table on any column by clicking on its header cell, and to filter the results by using the Search bar.
"My Account" Page:
- Go to the "My Account" page from the top of the page to edit your customer/account details.
- You can change your Name, Email address, Phone number, and Password.
- Please note that you cannot use the same Email as another customer/account in EVENTBay.
- If you have any Pending Organizer Invites, a tab for "My Org. Invites" will be available to manage them (see Managing Organizer Invites for more information).
