Via Email:
- All completed orders will send an invoice email, that contain a link at the bottom to view said order online. This page will also display all associated Tickets.
- Be sure to check your Junk folder, in case your email provider or program decided to move it there.
- If you suspect you had a typo or used the wrong email address for an order, please Contact Us and provide as much information as you can.
Via the "My Tickets" Page:
- Go to the My Tickets page from the top menu and enter an Email address that you used to purchase Tickets.
- If orders were found matching said email address that are also for upcoming Events, a link will be sent to view them online.
- In order to view orders for past Events, please Sign Up for an Account first.
Via the "Attendee Dashboard" Page:
- If you have an EVENTBay account, go to the Login/Register page from the top menu, then enter your Email address and Password.
- The "Overview" page will show a list of your orders for upcoming Events, and the "Orders" page will show your full order history (see Attendee Dashboard for more information).
"View Order" Page:
- While viewing your order online, you will have various options to save and share your order and Tickets.
- Buttons at the top of the page will let you Copy the direct URL to your order page, Print the entire page, Print the Tickets only, or Send the Invoice to any email address.
- If the Event hasn't ended yet, you will have buttons on each Ticket in your order that will let you Copy the direct URL to view it online, Edit them, Send them to any email address, or Print them individually.
"View Ticket" Page:
- If you were given a link to view a Ticket individually, you will have various options to save and share said Ticket.
- Buttons at the top of the page will let you Copy the direct URL to this Ticket online, Print the entire page, or Print the Ticket only.
More Notes About Printing:
- All modern web browsers should have a "Save as PDF" option in the "Printer Destination" field. You can use this to save the page as a PDF file on your device instead.
